The LED assembly line refers to a continuous production line connected by some LED lamp handling equipment. The operation steps of the LED assembly line:

1. Turn on the main power switch on the LED assembly line to check whether the power supply of the equipment is normally supplied and whether the power indicator is on. After normal, proceed to the next step.

2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. In the normal state: the equipment does not operate, the belt line running indicator is off, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter is normal (fault code display).

3. Start the electrical equipment in sequence according to the process flow. After the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state), then the next electrical equipment is started.

In the operation of the LED assembly production line, the regulations in the design of the conveyed LED lamps must be followed, and the design capability of the LED assembly production belt line must be observed. Secondly, pay attention to all kinds of personnel not to touch the moving parts of the LED assembly production line, and non-professionals are not allowed to touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will. After the inverter is running, the inverter cannot be disconnected after the belt line is running. If it is determined that the maintenance is required, it must be performed when the inverter operation is stopped, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.
