Analysis of operation failure of chain plate assembly line

1. The bottom plate of the chain plate machine groove of the chain plate assembly conveyor line failed to be flat and straight according to the design requirements when laying, but was uneven and excessively bent;

2. The chain plate or the chain plate machine groove is severely worn, causing the gap between the two to be too large;

3. The length of the transmission chain on both sides of the chain plate is different, and the force is unbalanced;

4. Excessive deformation and bending of the chain plates make the chain distance of the chain plates smaller;

5. The pretension of the conveyor chain of the chain plate conveyor line is not enough, which causes a pile of chain at the end of the machine, which makes the chain plate easy to fall out of the chain plate machine slot.

The main reasons why the chain of the chain plate assembly line falls off the power sprocket are as follows:

1. The power sprocket is severely worn or mixed with debris;

2. The two chains are not tight;

3. The chain plate is severely skewed or too arduous;

4. The machine head is not installed properly, and the verticality between the chain and the machine head does not meet the requirements;

5. The excessive gap between the power sprocket and the drive shaft causes the power sprocket to tilt or shake.
