The graphic design of the LED assembly line should ensure that the transportation route of the parts is short, the production workers are convenient to operate, the auxiliary service department is convenient to work, the production area is effectively used, and the mutual connection between the LED assembly line installations should be considered. In order to meet these requirements, the form of the LED assembly line and the arrangement method of the installation work site of the LED assembly line should be considered in the planar layout of the LED assembly line. 

When the LED assembly line is installed, the arrangement of the work sites should conform to the process route. When the process has more than two work sites, the arrangement method of the work sites in the same process should be considered. Generally, when there are two or more even-numbered work sites of the same kind, it is necessary to consider a double-row arrangement and list them in two cases of transportation routes. But when a worker takes care of multiple devices, consider making the distance the worker moves as short as possible.

When designing the LED assembly line, try to avoid sharp edges and corners on the equipment, because LED lamps are generally polished on the surface, and the workbench of the production line must have anti-static rubber, which can prevent static electricity and prevent the lamps from rubbing.
